Focusing on Matrimonial and Family Law as well as Personal Injury Law and Immigration Law, Mr. Ilyayev graduated from CUNY Queens College in 2019, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and received an award of honors in political science. While at Queens College, Mr. Ilyayev also was a member of multiple outreach programs assisting the community youth.
He then attended the Maurice A. Deane School Of Law at Hofstra University, where he graduated in 2022 while simultaneously working full time at a law firm. Mr. Ilyayev passed the Universal Bar Examination in July of 2022 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York on June of 2023.
Prior to continuing his solo practice, Mr. Ilyayev briefly entered into a partnership and opened a practice, Ilyayev & Nikhman, PLLC, wherein he advocated zealously for his clients. Mr. Ilyayev’s experience enables him to be an advocate and ally of his clients. Mr. Ilyayev is a current member of the New York State Bar Association.
