Mr. Ilyayev graduated from CUNY Queens College in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, receiving an award of honors, and went on to the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, graduating in 2022 while working full time at a law firm. He passed the Uniform Bar Examination in July 2022 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in June 2023.

Focusing on Family & Divorce Law, Personal Injury, and Immigration Law, Mr. Ilyayev is known for innovative strategies and a deep-rooted commitment to justice. He is a current member of the New York State Bar Association.
